About Us

SatTel/2 Corp. was organized in 1998 following the sale of Sat-Tel Services, Inc. to Peoples Choice TV Corp. in January, 1996. The Company was formed to perform cable, telecom construction, wireless video and data installation, logistic and maintenance services for the converging industries. SatTel performs the aforementioned services through its affiliates, Phillips Systems Corp., Structured Broadband Services, LLC, SatTel Broadband Services, LLC, SatTel Services, LLC, Digital Subscriber Services, LLC, and SatTel Engineering Services, LLC.

From 1991 through 1996 Sat-Tel Services, Inc. had established itself as a leader in the field of wireless communications. Sat-Tel Services, Inc. evolved from Cable Craft, a leader in cable television construction since 1982. Consistent quality has made us one of the most stable organizations in an ever-changing industry.

Robert Young founded the company in 1982, and has performed as its president throughout the entire history of the Companies. Michael Sigesmund, a certified public accountant, joined the company in 1985 as chief financial officer directing all areas of finance and accounting. Steadfast leadership combined with a diversified long-term core team provides continuity to new projects.

We recruit, train and develop our personnel in an environment of enthusiasm, achievement, and communication. We provide a fleet of late model vehicles and maintain them in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications. Our warehouses are designed to stock vehicles at night reducing the time a technician spends in the warehouse. Our dispatch center prints and routes work-orders to best service our customers.

SatTel/2 Corp. corporate structure emphasizes quality. Employees receive training both in the classroom from a written manual as well as in the field with an experienced technician.

Procedures taught meet or exceed all local, state, and federal statutes. We provide an immense array of reports tailored to our customer's needs.

In addition, we provide due diligence, feasibility studies, business plan assembly, budgeting, engineering, site surveys, equipment selection, inventory logistics, and flexible PC based operations software.
